Joel Ram (CA, CPP, QAud)
Joel Ram is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant and Qualified Auditor, holding a Certificate of Public Practice with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ). With an extensive background in accounting, taxation, and business advisory services, Joel specialises in business development, valuations, due diligence, and strategic growth advisory for individuals and businesses across diverse industries.
Over the years, Joel has managed a wide portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and multi-entity groups, providing comprehensive solutions for complex accounting and business challenges. His expertise spans corporate structuring, financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management, systems implementation, and succession planning, enabling clients to optimise operations and achieve sustainable growth.
Joel is deeply committed to helping clients succeed by adopting a partnership-based approach, supporting them from the initial business setup through to expansion and long-term strategic planning. Minoo Master (CA)
Minoo is a qualified Chartered Accountant holding a Certificate of Public Practice in New Zealand. He possesses a wealth of technical and commercial experience gained while holding very senior Finance positions. His professional career spans over 30 years of working for multinationals and Fortune 500 companies in India, Bahrain and Dubai and New Zealand.
Minoo has spear-headed financial stewardship and assisted CEOs and Boards in driving strategic initiatives to bring about sustainable growth and financial stability. As a key member of the management team, he has held responsibilities for tax, treasury, financial planning and compliance requirements of stock exchange listed entities.
A sound background and involvement in corporate strategy planning and implementation, asset management, due diligence, evaluating potential acquisitions, arranging funding and risk management has resulted in Minoo partnering with internal and external partners to achieve organisational success.
Minoo has an excellent track record of identifying and managing projects involving process improvements and implementing IT system upgrades and change.
His ambition and goal are to be partners with owners and help businesses in their journey to grow from Small to Medium and Medium to Large.
Saakshi Jishtu (CA)
Saakshi Jishtu is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been a member of our team since February, 2012 and has built strong client relationships.
She is experienced in providing business services and taxation, including annual and periodic accounting, Income tax, GST and other related tax work for a range of clients.
Saakshi takes pride in gaining an understanding of her client’s businesses and is highly valued by her clients as a result.
She loves to listen to music and travel the world.
Sahib Singh (CA)
Sahib joined D’Mello Chartered Accountants in February 2022 as a Business Advisory Accountant/ Auditor Assistant to gain experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
He graduated from the University of Auckland in 2020 with a Bachelors in Commerce majoring in Accountancy and Information Systems.
Sahib has extensive experience in the accounting industry dealing with clients from different sectors. He is passionate about helping clients with their issues regarding taxation and other fields of accounting. For Sahib, client satisfaction is the ultimate goal he seeks to achieve by providing a very high standard of service. He has attained his CA certification in 2025 to strengthen his knowledge and skills in the accounting field.
Outside of work, he enjoys Cricket, Badminton & Chess.
Mudit Mathur (ICAI, CPA)
Mudit Mathur is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India) and a Certified Public Accountant (Australia) with extensive experience across the commercial and retail sectors. He has held senior leadership roles in multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies, where he developed a strong track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency.
Mudit possesses comprehensive expertise in financial planning, taxation, budgeting, cost management, and audit across diverse industries. His broad professional background enables him to provide clients with strategic advice on regulatory compliance, business optimisation, and sustainable growth strategies. As a Xero Certified Advisor, he specialises in helping clients streamline accounting processes, enhance system efficiencies, and effectively manage complex taxation matters.
Outside his professional endeavours, Mudit is an avid cricketer and enjoys travelling and listening to music.
Varsha Patel
Varsha Patel is an Intermediate Accountant at D’Mello Chartered Accountants, where she is committed to delivering accurate, timely, and client-focused accounting support. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce and brings over two years of accounting experience in New Zealand.
Varsha’s expertise includes annual financial statements and tax (BAS) preparation, New Zealand payroll processing, and day-to-day financial reporting for small to medium-sized businesses across diverse industries. She works closely with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while helping them make informed and confident financial decisions.
Passionate about professional growth, Varsha is currently working towards her CPA certification to further strengthen her technical knowledge and enhance the value she delivers to clients.
